City Under Cover - Venice

In Venice, wrapped buildings have to be seen different than elsewhere in the world.

In Venice, beauty is ubiquitous. Countless pictures fill our visual memory, even before travel there for the first time. We already know, what to expect. Mostly people just recognize views they already know and save them again by taking pictures.
Veiled palaces, which hide their beauty, seem to be invisible for visitors. They simply ignore them.
By taking photos of these wrapped palaces, the hidden beauty is perhaps brought back to consciousness.
